Do I need to book in advance, or is it possible to arrive spontaneously?

During holiday periods, we recommend making a reservation. During the pre and post-season, a last-minute call usually suffices. We strongly advise booking waterfront spots as early as possible.

Is a deposit required to reserve a spot?

A deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost is required to confirm your reservation.

Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch?

Reservations are only possible for the category of the pitch. We are happy to note your desired pitch number during the booking. We make every effort to accommodate your preference upon arrival. However, there’s no guarantee for a specific spot, and we reserve the right to change the allocation.

When will we be informed of our allocated pitch number?

You will receive the pitch number upon arrival at the reception. If you have a specific request, please mention it during booking. We’ll consider it based on availability.

Can we reserve two pitches next to each other?

You can book two pitches and specify that they should be adjacent. We will allocate them next to each other based on availability.

If my stay is shorter than booked, will I be charged for the entire booked period or only for the days I actually stayed?

In case of an early departure, all reserved nights will be charged. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover potential reasons for an early departure.

Can we set up a tent for free next to our motorhome/caravan?

If there’s enough space on the pitch, you can set up an additional tent.


What are the check-in times?

Check-in and registration: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, after the midday break at the campsite. Early check-in (1:00 PM to 3:00 PM) is subject to availability.

Can I drive my caravan/motorhome directly to the reception?

The reception and campsite entrance are at opposite ends. Due to limited turning space near the reception, we recommend parking motorhomes and caravans at the gate and walking to the reception. Cars and camping vans can usually turn around at the reception.

You’re arriving one day later than planned.

Please inform us by email or phone at +43 4277 2637 about your delayed arrival so we can maintain your reservation. For late arrivals or early departures, all reserved nights will be charged.

What should I do if I arrive after the reception closes?

If your arrival is unexpectedly delayed, please notify us in advance. Arrivals after hours are possible by arrangement.

What’s the latest time I must leave the campsite on the departure day?

Check-out and settlement: daily between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
After check-out, you can take your time to pack up, dry tents, etc. The pitch must be vacated by 12:30 PM at the latest.

How can I pay?

You can pay your bill with an EC card, debit card, or cash.


How large are the pitches?

The size of our pitches varies; most are at least 70m². Please inform us of the size of your motorhome, caravan, or tent before arrival so we can allocate a suitable pitch.

Is there electricity available at the campsite?

Electricity (16A) is available for each pitch and mostly on the tent meadow. To use the power supply, you need a CEE plug or adapter. Consumption is charged at €0.90 per kWh.

Are there water connections on the campsite?

All waterfront and comfort pitches have a drinking water and wastewater connection. Standard pitches have central water points. Please use water sparingly.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the campsite?

Free LTE Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite. Please understand if reception is limited in some areas.

Does the campsite have a central TV antenna or satellite dish?


Is there a shop on the campsite?

We do not have a grocery store on-site; the nearest supermarket is in Feldkirchen (about 6km away). However, we offer breakfast items and freshly prepared take-away dishes. Our shop provides various dishes that you can quickly reheat.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are welcome, but the number is limited to two per pitch. Dogs must be on a leash throughout the campsite. They are not allowed in the sanitary facilities.

Can my dog go directly from the pitch to the water?

Dogs cannot access the lake from the campsite. However, a designated dog bathing area is a short walk away.

Sanitary facilities

Our sanitary building is available 24/7 and is cleaned daily. If needed, you can get a key for the accessible sanitary container at the reception.
Everyone is encouraged to behave respectfully and leave the facilities clean. WC brushes and trash bins are provided. Please ensure cleanliness for the benefit of everyone.

Is there an extra charge for showers?

No, showers are included in the price.

Can I barbecue on the pitch?

Barbecuing is allowed with gas, electric, and charcoal grills. Please be considerate of neighbors and know where the nearest fire extinguisher is located. Open fires, campfires, and disposable grills are not allowed.

Are plastic sheets allowed as a base?

Plastic sheets for the awning or in front of the caravan/motorhome are not allowed. Only breathable mats are permitted.


For safety reasons, especially in case of an evacuation, every visitor must register at the reception. Visitor vehicles are not allowed on the campsite.
